Established in 2020, Snapdragon is an independent Commercial Real Estate Investment Manager that provides discrete services to Private, Listed and Institutional Landlords and Investors in UK Commercial Property.
We act for retained clients throughout the property investment lifecycle from acquisition through to onward sale.

Joshua Y.T. Wong BFP FCA
Josh started his career in 1997 at Deloitte & Touche (London) before joining Barclays Capital in 2000 and became a founding member of its Real Estate Investment Banking Division and taking the position of the Head of UK & Ireland and finally Deputy Head of Real Estate Investment Banking (Europe, Middle East & Africa).
Since 2009 he has held senior management and C-Level roles in a range
of international businesses spanning Multi-Family office, Corporate Finance and Investment Management acting for UNHW Families, Listed Corporates and
Sovereign Wealth Entities.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Jeremy Birkett-Jones MRICS
Jay began his Real Estate career with DTZ in London before moving to client-side direct Commercial Real Estate Fund Management across the UK & Europe.
Prior to Snapdragon he was a Fund Manager with Hunter REIM from 2004 to 2020 and oversaw client fund mandates including the St Wenceslas Property Fund and other institutional managed accounts for UK and International investors.
Jay specialises in a range of asset sub-sectors, covering Central London Offices,
Prime London Residential and Regional UK Retail & Office markets. He has acted for a diverse client base covering HNW, Sovereign Wealth, listed Corporate & Institutional Capital.
He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
